The delivery times indicated on the product page are indicative estimates that depend on:

  • Order date
  • Product availability
  • Delivery times vary from 5 days. to a maximum of 7 days.

ORDER DATE : Our department processes the orders received within a maximum time frame of 48/72 hours from Day 0 (receipt of the order). Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be processed on the first working day following that of the order itself.

SHIPPING COST:

For all our products a Single Rate of Euro 14.90 per Single Product will be used.

AVAILABILITY

  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY:  the product is present in our warehouses and shipping will be immediate (48/72 hours)
  • AVAILABLE IN 5/7 WORKING DAYS:  the product is present in our detached warehouses and takes 5/7 working days to be entrusted to the courier
  • NOT AVAILABLE:  the product is temporarily not available in our warehouses, but can be ordered. Waiting times depend on the supplier’s timing (you will be contacted by one of our staff to agree on the delivery date)

Other factors that may affect delivery times are:

  • the payment method chosen during the product purchase process:L
  • the choice of courier during the purchase phase of the product:
  • if the courier chosen is EXPRESS-STANDARD COURIER, delivery will be made curbside in 5/7 working days
  • in particular periods, such as the months of JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, NOVEMBER (BLACK FRIDAY) and DECEMBER the working days become 5/6
  • if the delivery method chosen is DELIVERY TO FLOOR, times are longer. On average it takes 8/10 working days more than standard delivery (therefore in total 12/15 working days from the order). Delivery to the floor for postcodes considered disadvantaged (Venice and smaller islands) may not be feasible or may undergo a change in cost compared to what is highlighted on the site. All deliveries to floors without a lift where the number of floors does not exceed one fifth are considered authorized and feasible. For all the others, from the fifth floor onwards, you need to contact us for more details.
  • the geographical area;
  • deliveries to islands, mountain areas or disadvantaged areas;
  • periods linked to main holidays and anniversaries;
  • extraordinary circumstances (e.g. union strikes, natural disasters, sociopolitical events, etc.);
  • rescheduling of deliveries requested by the customer and agreed with the couriers who provide the possibility of changing the date and/or time of delivery;
  • communication by the customer of incorrect data that requires rectification;
  • other unpredictable events (e.g. theft, accidents of delivery vehicles, technical problems and/or breakdowns, etc.).

It is always expected that a TRACKING NUMBER will be sent by email, so as to allow you to follow the shipping route and view the delivery day expected by the courier.
