DAMAGED PACKAGES

What to do before signing the goods acceptance (with the courier still present).

– Check the number of packages you are receiving: it must be the same as that indicated on the courier’s delivery document or delivery note
– Check the labels affixed to the packages: they must contain the correct name and address
– Check the external condition of the packages : they must not show any damage or have been tampered with (e.g. closed with non-original but transporter tape, damaged packaging, etc.)

In the event that an anomaly is found during the checks carried out, sign the consignment note or on the PDA  by placing a reservation and specifying the type of anomaly found (example reservation for 1 missing package – reservation for a package with torn and hole-filled cardboard) .

Attention: making a specific reservation is a right enshrined in the civil code (art. 1698).

If you accept by indicating  “goods intact”  despite the lack of integrity of the package it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

HIDDEN DAMAGE

If the packaging at the time of delivery does not show any defects but the product shows physical damage upon opening, the damage must be reported to the carrier and to the ElettroeMarket Ltd, reporting the problem encountered accompanied by photos of the intact packaging (4 sides), photos of the product and a sentence such as “The goods are available for insurance assessments”.

Claims received after 15 days from receipt of the product cannot be accepted.

For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Once the dispute has been accepted upon return of the material to our warehouse, the goods will be replaced or a refund issued .
